Professional Service Fees

As a full-service Certified Travel Advisor, I create itineraries, research airfare, cruises, hotels, and tours along with other products to meet your specific needs.

Fees are based on the services, knowledge, experience & expertise attained from working in the travel industry since 1987.

I work only with preferred, vetted suppliers to coordinate all travel components and customized itineraries.

All travel arranged by Travel Inspired offers peace of mind. You will secure our services until your travel is complete.

Custom Itinerary Planning

Fees will be quoted during the complimentary discovery consultation and start at $250 per trip and will increase based on the complexity and duration of the trip.

This includes recommendations, planning, and coordination of multiple components such as airfare, accommodations, car rental, train reservations, tours, dining reservations, tee times, etc.

Airfare-only Management Fees

  • Domestic: From $50 per person / $100 per household

  • Trans-border: From $75 per person / $150 per household

  • International: From $125 per person / $250 per household

Note: Flight Only Fees are based on working with preferred airlines and will increase if using non-preferred airlines and complexity of travel.

  • Thorough research of all fare and itinerary options including various fare types with rule explanations, change fees and cancellation fees.

  • Recommendations on preferred airlines, airline itinerary options and various routings.

  • Recommendations and advice on travel insurance options including cancellation, interruption and out-of-country medical plans.

  • Completing flight booking.

  • Adding frequent flyer accounts.

  • Adding special service requests and or meal requests to the file.

  • Seat selection advice and pre-booking seats in advance.

  • Verification of documentation required to travel.

  • Navigation and assistance with various government rules with regard to entry and exit, vaccination policies and testing requirements both at time of booking and prior to departure.

  • Monitoring of booking prior to travel along with flight tracking and assistance during the trip.

  • Online check-in outbound and return assistance as required.

  • Emergency assistance for such things as a flight delay, missed connection and baggage loss.

Changes & Cancellations

  • Non-emergency assistance outside of regular business hours at $50 per request. Regular business hours are Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm with the flexibility to accommodate your local Canadian time zone.

  • Voluntary changes will incur a $50 per person administration fee by Claire Langan Travel in addition to the airline, tour operator, hotel, or cruise line change fees.

  • Voluntary cancellations will incur a $50 per person administration fee by Claire Langan Travel in addition to the airline, tour operator, hotel, or cruise line cancellation fee.

  • Urgent assistance is always available 24/7 as part of the service & fees paid. Emergency contact details for when travelling will be included with final documents. 

  • Initiation of planning within 14 days of departure - fee-based on the nature of the request.

  • Above fees will be charged GST/HST based on your province of residence.
