Smaller is Better: The Benefits of Traveling Light

Drop the baggage to speed through airports and ensure your belongings' safety.

Believe it or not, you can pack like a pro with less. Fewer items mean less to worry about, making packing and unpacking a breeze.

Navigating crowded airports, public transport, or cobblestone streets becomes much easier when you're not lugging around a giant suitcase.

Speed Through the Airport

Arrive at the airport, print your boarding pass, and head straight to security without the extra stop to drop off bags.

Quick exit upon landing: No waiting at the baggage carousel. You can dash straight to your destination or catch that next connection without the stress.

What size is allowed as a carry on bag?

Carry-on should not exceed the following size and weight restrictions: 46 linear inches (21.5 x 15.5 x 9 in) or 118 centimeters (55 x 40 x 23 cm) including handles and wheels.

It must fit in the overhead bin or under the seat in front of you. Most check in counters have a metal frame to check if it fits.

Do you use a CPAP device for sleep apnea? Carry it separately and save space in your bag. It’s considered a medical device and not a carry-on or personal item. You will be asked to remove the machine from the case for scanning, but not the hose and mask.

Cost-Effective Travelling

Airlines regularly charge fees for checked bags. By sticking to a carry-on, you'll save money. No fees mean more cash in your pocket for exciting activities, souvenirs, or a delicious meal at a local diner.

Keep Your Valuables Close

With a carry-on, all your essentials are within arm’s reach. Keep important documents, electronics, and valuable items secure and always in sight.

Less Risk of Lost Luggage

Baggage mishandling is, unfortunately, a reality. But with a carry-on, you manage your own belongings, significantly reducing the risk of lost luggage: Your bag is with you the entire journey. You won't experience the inconvenience of waiting for delayed checked bags.

Travel Flexibility

Imagine a scenario where you need to switch flights or reroute due to an emergency. With a carry-on, you can adapt without hassle. Move between flights easily without the wait for checked baggage.

Breeze Through Security

  • Be ready for screening and get to your gate quickly.

  • Place liquids, gels and aerosols in a 1 Litre bag. Don’t have one? Ask us and we’ll give you one!

  • Pack all small electronics in your carry on, including your phone while you are being screened.

  • Pack all medication separately in a plastic bag, for easy inspection.

  • Avoid wearing metal items.

  • Dress comfortably in easy-to-remove clothing.

  • Remove your CPAP device from its case.

Mastering the art of the carry-on can make your journey smoother, more enjoyable, and cost-effective.
